The authorities suspect that a wellness club in a residential area in Charlottenburg houses a brothel, something that is not allowed in this particular area.
In the fashionable neighborhood aroud Olympiastadion there’s one villa that up until March 2011 housed the brothel “Bel Ami”. After a long dispute with the local authorities it had to close down; It was not allowed to run such an institution in the particular residential area.
Since early January there’s a new tenant in the house, the wellness club “Pascha”. But the authorities suspect that there’s much more going on besides classical Swedish massage behind the doors. The club is run by the same operator that is responsible for the infamous 24 hour “Pascha” brothel in Cologne.
